Thórunn Ósk Marinósdóttir and Sigurður Bjarki Gunnarsson are the artistic directors of Reykholt Festival. They are both members of the Iceland Symphony Orchestra where Thórunn is also principal violist. They perform regularly both individually and together with numerous musical groups and are founding members of the Siggi String Quartet. They also teach instruments and chamber music at the Iceland Academy of the Arts and the Reykjavík College of Music.
